Worked for about a year

Worked for about a year, after which the locking mechanism stopped working. He's been on a trailer for most of this year, but still.

The o-ring wouldn't stay in place so I threw it away.

O-ring wouldn't stay in place so I threw it away, but now I can't latch the lock with one hand because the groove doesn't line up. I manage.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Almost never

Protects your ball joint

Although a ball joint only costs around $25, this product gives you the peace of mind that no one will buy it from you. The risk of stumbling when towing a trailer is also reduced.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

but works great. suitable for towing products and winches

A fairly simple product but I have already used it on 4 trips and without problems. All you have to do is remove the rubber pad to attach it, which is a bit fiddly but works great.

Pros
  • weight
Cons
  • not reliable

It does the job, but it's difficult to turn the key to open and close.

It's powerful and gets the job done. I often have problems with the key. Two hands are required to lock and unlock, piercing the end to keep it from twisting when the key is turned. In general I think I can look for a better lock.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Fine

Really safe and easy to use

Really safe and easy to use; However, you need to remove the rubber washer to put it through the hitch and you need it to block the lock. No breach of contract terms, but added hassle. The road ran east to west coast, tied my bike to a bike rack attached to my car - not a single problem!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Nothing here

Helps with the psyche, I will buy again if necessary!

Added modesty for the price. 1/2 the price of most retail stores and the same product. It is recommended to take some dry molybdenum lube and spray it on the key, lock, inside of the lock and pin for extra lubrication and protection. Take a small can for motorcycle or ATV chains that offers numerous levels of protection as well as many reuses. No sticking key or rough turning after applying molybdenum grease. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
