I thought it was a great system. and setting it up was relatively easy eight weeks ago. but then I found that I had to keep resetting devices, which is a problem in a very large house. Now the device above is constantly blinking like it's transferring data, but no computers in range can maintain a connection - they see the device but just won't connect and transfer data. I even tried to see what it would do when the router was off and it's still flashing rapidly as if some kind of data transfer

Turbo WiFi extender solution!

Holy Cow! Forget range extenders. TP-Link figured out the Wi-Fi extension. Incredible WiFi speed. I like it. Fairly easy setup (15 minutes after reading the instructions a couple of times!) This completely solved our problem with almost no wireless signal at the back of the apartment, and it only had to be reset once every six months. Then one day it just crashed. I…

Good product! A useful guide for those who struggle.

As a professional computer technician, I needed this to solve the problem of one of my clients whose wireless signal was too weak to reach the other end of his house and outside the workshop. This solved the problem with very little effort. I've read a lot of reviews and troubleshooting tips before that helped, but here's how I did it and it was pretty easy. First, I changed the Linksys wireless router's default IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.1 and changed the DHCP range to start at…
