In general I like the Petfon2 tracker. It doesn't require a cellular connection like some others. It's only GPS. This means there are no monthly fees. This works very well for generally tracking where my dog is in my territory. I wouldn't say it has pinpoint accuracy, but it's good enough for my purposes.
