I give this product 4 stars, mainly because the description says chrome but nowhere on the packaging, it's real shiny metal. , and there's nothing deluxe about it, it's just a regular hitch with a regular key

I give this product 4 stars mainly because the description says chrome but the packaging doesn't say chrome anywhere, it's like real shiny metal and there's nothing luxurious about it, it's just a normal hitch with a normal key

It's just a tow bar pin, so nothing special, right? Looks and works fine, but the pin doesn't taper very much so it's a bit difficult for me to get it in if the hole in the receiver isn't perfectly aligned. My biggest problem was that the holder fell out the first time I used it! I was lucky that the whole pin didn't come out and slide my ball mount out of the receiver, but I was quite surprised when I dropped the pendant and removed the ball mount and found the clip was missing.
