A must have for beginners

Bought these for training on my Onewheel electric board and still wear them long distances. Saved my elbows many times and is still intact. A bit pricey but otherwise no complaints.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Modern

Good pads for weaklings

The pads seem to be of very good quality, but the size XL doesn't fit them, they seem to be made for hands without muscles. I have to pull hard to put it on then it hurts to take it off. Nice pads, just wish they came in a larger size

Pros
  • Sturdy workmanship
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Protects skates, skateboards and scooters well

First of all, every time I fell, they worked! My only real issue is that there is definitely a difference in the straps. One is too big as if the wrong ribbon was used in manufacture. Both pads have large markings, but that was definitely a manufacturer's fault.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some little things

Good protection for skates, skateboards and scooters

Elbow pads offer good protection. I bought these to work in a crawl space and needed something to help while I was crawling all over the place. They have an inner lining that can be worn on the arm and double shoulder straps. I only use them with straps and you have to tighten them from time to time, but they protect the elbow well and don't interfere with movement.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Something different

Great product Great fit

Impressed with the fit and quality but didn't expect anything less from Triple 8's products Get all the Triple 8 protection gear. So glad I followed my instincts followed, the elbow pads fit perfectly. 10 inches. Fit, quality and comfort are just what I need, especially when riding the Longboard Electric Skateboard in hot weather and at some insane top speeds. Triple 8 products are what I need!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Good but not great

The best pads I've found

Bought as a set for Onewheeling. Hands down the best pads I've seen for the price. FYI I bought "little used" at a discount and they were almost new. I think someone dropped it or something, a little dent in the hard plastic, ma'am, I preferred to save money. Firstly, I wish I had bought large sums of money on almost everything I bought. I tend to take larger sizes so they aren't too small and unusable. On a positive note, even though they are larger than they should be, they don't slip at all…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Doubtful

Although I measured my hand and bought the right size.

Although I measured my hand and bought the right size, the pads were too big. The top strap seemed to fit well, but the bottom strap was oddly large. I even tried putting them on backwards and the "bottom" strap just dangled in a plastic ring. Maybe they were wrong. When I pull the bottom band as far as I need it to fit properly on my arm, the velcro end was so far past the hook end that there was nothing to attach. I don't own a small gun and I have tried on very large guns from most brands…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Everything OK

Ordered XL, need almost XXL, not a big type

The first and basically only problem is that the fabric behind the straps for XL is so tight that I can walk when I'm in place I'm skating and my hands are warm, they're uncomfortable to put on and I can't find time to put them on. The velcro strap sags a bit, but there is flexible fabric behind the straps that needs to be pulled over the arms and down the arms. I'm not overly muscular or fat and I have normal adult arms I feel and feel like the XL size should have a lot more room or they…

Pros
  • Great overall specs
Cons
  • Negative features present
