Quality knee pads I use knee pads for roller derbies. Machine washable but I air dry. They keep my knee pads from sliding down or sideways and also keep the knee pads firmly in place.

These pads offer good protection under knee pads when skateboarding or roller derby. If you're using them for light protection while snowboarding, they work great too. They fit snug so make sure you measure your foot to get the right size.

Love them for my aged, moderately worn and weathered old knees. Logically, roller derby starts at 48, so to counteract my stupid life choices, I bought padding to double under my knee pads. They work wonders. I can also wear them under my clothes so it no longer hurts to kneel on the floor to work with animals (I'm a veterinary technician).

When I first got them they fit pretty well. They pulled apart at the seams and are now too big for me. I should have chosen medium instead of large. I received the Smith Peels and the top and bottom seams are well reinforced. I would recommend that. I think a good rule of thumb with them is to order one size down because if they stretch they will still fit you.

I play roller derby and bought these as extra knee pads when I started playing full contact. Pros: They offer good protection and support, keep my joints warm now that it's cold outside, and help to properly fit oversized knee pads. Cons: They don't seem very well made. After just a few weeks of careful wearing, the material on the side seams of the upper began to tear. The tabs have already come loose and I don't even use them to put my pads on.
