Great Solution For Order Management And Delivery

True Act is an amazing solution that allows us to have a more streamlined process of delivering our products and services. The team and their support is amazing! It’s a very easy system to get used to but it does take some time to fully understand all of the processes and functions of the system. Make sure you know what your looking for and how to use the tool correctly at the beginning. Once you do this it makes the process much easier and saves time. We are able to track orders from many…

Great Customer Service Solution for Call Center Staff

I like that this system was intuitive to set up - we had several team members who were totally new at using systems but really picked it right off our bat! The ability is also great so you can use other tools within Trueact too which makes life easy!! This product has changed how my department operates day in & out and allows us to effectively interact w/our clients and their customers while staying compliant with SOX regulations.
