Based on my experience, this refrigerant oil is fantastic for automotive AC systems. It helped to lubricate the compressor, reduce friction and wear, and prolong the life of the system. The high viscosity rating meant that it worked great even in hot weather conditions. However, the only drawback was that it was slightly more expensive than other brands on the market.

Replaced o-rings and dryer in Subaru A/C system so added this colored oil to the system. After vacuuming and recharging the system, it worked and showed me under UV light that my air conditioning hose was leaking.

Superneon later for the UV leak aspect and it seems to have worked. For me, pouring a bottle was a slow process, and the spout on the plastic container only made it more difficult. There's no real fault with the product - the oil is fine, but if you need to pour slowly, pour it into another container first.
