After reading the reviews I ordered a size up. That was my fault. it was the way to greatness! The shirt is very comfortable, thin fabric, not bulky, nice color. Sent back and ordered my actual size. I recommend this shirt and recommend ordering the correct size. DO NOT ORDER A BIG SIZE!

Looks very very big. I had to reduce the size by 2 times for my 6 year old. He usually wears a size 8 so I ordered the 10th to allow room to grow. And it was huge for him. I ended up going back for a size 8. Which was also too big so I returned it for a size XS. Still a bit big, but good enough.

I have ordered 2 of these. A "loose fit" size 3XS (size 4) for my 3 year old and a regular fit S (size 8) for my 5 year old. 3XS is larger than S! The quality seems good but the size is really weird. The regular S fits my little 3 year old and the loose 3XS fits my tall 5 year old.

Being from Michigan, I was warned that we would get burned during our summer vacation in Florida. Well I am happy to report that my 10 year old was not burned once. He's 5ft, 120# and he fits great. It was a bit more spacious than I would have liked, but it served its purpose and that was important. I would rather have it too big than too small.

It would be nice to spend a day at the beach but my kids don't like swimming in it as it's not very narrow which limits them in the water. I'll say my kids are normal/skinny kids, so maybe that's part of the problem. They feel better with a fatter child.

My 7 year old wears a size 7 on most brands. The size 4 swim shield was huge on him and the sleeves dangled over his arms. Other reviews have said they are true to size, but I think it's possible the sizes are mismatched. I bought three for my three children and none fit. Luckily the eldest fits into the smaller size meant for his brother so we have at least one to use.
