I wanted a bolster for meditating and for sitting on the floor with my dogs. The cover is very soft to the touch. I found the support to be excellent. Sometimes with various chairs/sofas/cushions, if the cushioning isn't just right my tailbone starts to hurt. I sat on this for hours with no issue. Highly comfortable for meditation. I wish I had taken pictures in it's compressed state- it fit into a box less than half it's size! Upon opening, it took about 3 hours to fully inflate into a very firm and supportive bolster. What I love other than the compact size, is the weight. Is is so much lighter than many bolster yet still offers excellent support and cushion. The package arrives flat (and folded, if I remember correctly). They say it will puff up within a few days. I was skeptical, but it did! It now looks just like the picture, is nice and firm, and I like they didn’t need all the packaging, etc. that would’ve been needed to ship it ready to go. Just make sure to plan ahead so you’re not expecting to use it the day you receive it; I’d plan for 3-4 days later to be safe.

My wife is a yoga practitioner and she loved this bolster. The reasons for her loving it are due to its firmness, it is very hard, exactly what's needed for restorative yoga. On the other hand, its material is absolutely soft and beautiful. She took the Turkish blue color and it looks exactly like the color photo. I'm mostly writing this in the hopes of helping others who are here wondering if this thing is ever going to decompress to its full size. It will! Mine did, at least. The label said 1-2 days. The listing said to wait 2-3 days. Mine was still pretty smushed and underwhelming by day 4 after unboxing. I am loving this bolster. Perfect for my restorative practice and the price was just right. The strap was an added bonus!

I disliked how hard the edges are, it makes some restorative poses difficult to get comfortable and release. Could be too narrow for those with broader shoulders or hips!

This pillow came vacuum sealed so it took a few days to reach its max size. Other than that, it’s a decent pillow. I primarily use it to sit on for meditation and it’s supportive. I could see it being good for yoga for this reason. The strap is a nice addition though I likely won’t use it.

I purchased this - really excited to use it with my new adventure in Yoga. Beware it is not at all as described. It arrives in a vacuum sealed bag and expands so little upon opening that it doesn't even fill the pillow liner. It's literally a flat piece of foam, so disappointed.

This is a good, firm bolster. Perfect for my yoga practice! I’m no professional, just do it for fun at home. But it’s really been great for me. The color is so cute too which is a definite bonus! I haven’t used the strap, as I am still new to yoga but its a nice added bonus, none the less. But overall I’ve been really loving this bolster!
