As others have said the LED is not on the side that is pressed when the switch is closed. Nothing fancy, I just rotated it 180 degrees. Still looks very good and everything is working fine so far. I don't use it for remotely high currents, so I don't expect to be testing a 20A claim, but I highly doubt it can actually handle that.

These are nice little switches but they are ruined by the fact that they are 18 ga wire soldered to the terminals on each switch are. for 16a, so if you want to go a little higher you will need to desolder the wires and replace with heavier gauge wire. Solder to switch.

The switch cylinder that you slide through the hole you drill (the size of the holes to drill isn't listed and I can't remember what it was) doesn't make mistakes, so practice installing it on something other than your expensive one Dashboard. The difference between the hole and the outside diameter of the front of the switch should not be more than 1mm or 2mm. But if you can make it, they're good quality.

I used this switch to connect 2 LED bulbs that together drew 3.4A DC at 12 volts. I installed the switch and it worked fine. After using it twice it didn't work. Installed another and it did the same thing, failed after two uses. I don't glue these switches anymore, the 20 amp rat is very suspicious. I installed a traditional metal toggle switch in place of this switch with the exact same knock and it has worked flawlessly over 20 times with no problems.
