The rug pictured is what I received so it's my fault for just reading the description and not looking closely at the picture. I need a rug that measures 9" x 12" and this one is smaller than 8 3/4" x 11 3/4" edge to edge. I would return it but I don't think it's worth the hassle. Other than that it's a decent mat so I'm sure I can find a use for it. Just know the actual dimensions if you need them for a specific task like me.

The price may be right, the boards are rigid and you can use both sides. I do a lot of crafts and wanted to try this brand. The problem is that I cut out some of the stickers with my Exotone knife and it left noticeable gouges on the board. Not only are they noticeable, they are tactile, which is why the board has turned to rubbish after one use * well, I can still use the other side. ONCE"Looks cool, but will NOT heal itself

I needed this to protect my table for small projects that required a sharp Xacto knife. It's thick and serves its purpose. HOWEVER, I ordered 12" x 9" which has an 11" x 8" grid printed on it. Actual measurements from edge to edge are 11 3/4 inches by 8 5/8 inches. While this doesn't cause any problems for me, I'm sure it might for some. As there are several complaints about this it would be nice if Revain would contact the seller and ask them to post the true measurements and mesh size.
