UAC SW 10093C Pressure Transducer Review

repairing the air conditioning on my 05 saturn ion. Easily replaced with a 14mm open end wrench. Remove the air intake to gain access.

It would be nice if the HBNR o-ring came with the pressure switch. Maybe a small packet of PAG oil would help too. The rest of the switch works and fits.

Part works only time will tell. The original had a defective connector. It has a smaller discharge inside the case. But that's exactly how it works. Delivered without O-ring. Use the old one if it's still in good condition.

Installation sucks, take a short 14mm wrench. This can be done with a regular length wrench, but there's not much room on my 2003 Monte Carlo. This didn't solve my problem, not the fault of the switch. The o-ring is not included but was not needed for my installation. The old one was ok.

Delivered on 29/05/2020. This was part of the installation of a new air conditioning compressor on 06/20/2020. I thought that the old pressure sensor is over 10 years old, I would replace it too. Well, the new one broke on 07/12/2020. I was able to just put the original 10 year old part back in and now everything is working again.

Try to solve the AC problem by yourself. Air conditioning compressor and pressure sensor changed. It still didn't work, took it to an AC shop, they ran into a problem and told me the converter I bought from you later wasn't worth a good $300.00! If you could sell me a good working one I would solve my AC problem myself. Thanks for nothing.
