Both sets of velcro straps broke within an hour of use. The straps weren't too tight, touching or dragging the ground. If you look at them, you can see that they are of very poor quality.

2 straps broke within the first 5 minutes of use. The product description says you can order extra straps but there is no link or anything. If something else breaks, it can no longer be used. Otherwise my son is happy.

This is the second accessory we have purchased. The first was the Jetson and it was TERRIBLE! Three people tried to assemble it, but it turned out very badly. We ordered this and that. Is. GREAT! I put it together in 10 minutes and it adjusts quickly and easily to cyclists of all sizes. The whole family loved him.

We have another seat for my son's hoverboard, this is a great Hoverone brand so we saw the pink seat at Revain and decided to buy it for my daughter. It's horrible when you put handles on the hoverboard that control everything, they don't have a locking mechanism so she rolled onto her back and pulled her down the driveway as she pulled the handles. Terrible design, don't buy!

In the first week, the nuts and bolts came loose while driving and no longer held. The last drop was that the steering failed and my daughter couldn't steer or brake and ended up crashing into a tree. The whole frame fell apart, literally fell apart. I would never recommend it, it's very unsafe, thank goodness the car didn't come close while the trolley took it outside with no brakes.

Choose another product. To be honest, don't take that. The assembly turned out to be more difficult than expected. Directions were in poor English with few photos. Although assembly was somewhat intuitive. Worst of all, the front wheel made a lot of noise. The one we received was slightly different from the photo. It had 4 bolts on the front wheel instead of 1 as requested. Ordered another one which is quite similar but works much better and is much more substantial.

I'll tell you that in a moment. I don't normally write reviews but if I could give 10 stars I would. Yes, the seat is a little stiff and my daughter says the grip can be a little hard on the hands, but that's easily remedied with a replacement hand pad and padded seat. Next to. My daughter learned how to operate it in half a block. She's a racer! She loves it! It's fast! What a great idea! She gets compliments all the time. Easy to assemble. How terrible I am with a hammer. I wish they had that

The assembly instructions were terrible. Too long for such a simple thing, we tried, not sure if it would be safe or a good idea, but when my daughter tried it and liked it, grandpa had to try it and even I tried it. It's a little weird to stop and turn off when the board won't go any further, but we're new to hoverboards. it's a blast. By holding each of us at a different height, the weight stayed connected to the board with no issues. it's worth the price, still would be if it were over $60…

Call an expert. I've assembled 4 different hoverboard carts and this one isn't the best, but it's good. I got one for my son and three other kids in the neighborhood had to have one so they each had one and I ended up picking each one up and seeing them being used. It was similar to the other 3 but didn't have the extra straps like the other 3. (The straps rub against the floor and can be worn so extra accessories would be great) Bad: No extra straps.
