This is a good product that will come in handy for storage. It fits easily under the Undercover Flex trunk lid. My biggest gripe is that the Undercover doesn't include two T40 screws. The 2019 and 2020 Ranger received a factory overhaul that removed the mid-load hooks and bolts. The swingcase mounting bracket must be bolted from the middle and rear load hook. I took 2 screws from the opposite side of the bed hook to complete the installation. I ordered bolts and 2 extra hooks (optional). Here…

I like these cases because they use the unused space behind the wheel well for lockable storage. Body mounts are easy to install and M8 1.25 mounting screws for missing center hooks are included, eliminating the need to buy expensive Fords. I like that the case folds up so you can access it without having to climb up the back door. I have a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat 4x4. I ordered one for each side. On the driver's side is a 2019-2020 Ford Ranger and on the other side is a 2019-2021. That made me nervous. I carefully opened the boxes and took out the contents, willing to send them back if they didn't fit. Each D-pillar has 3 threaded holes from the factory to which the box brace attaches. I have just sold my F350 Crew Cab Diesel Dually and bought a 2019 Ranger Lariat Extended Cab and was surprised at the lack of storage space. This rocking case is awesome! I got my new 2020 Ranger about two months ago and needed a place to store my hitch and other occasional tools like an RV crank and wheel chocks. That fits the bill! I bought this box to store all my tie downs and hitch accessories, it seemed like the perfect solution. The design seems decent enough, there was the necessary equipment for installation. The latch mount had to be mounted behind the bed pad, which was sensible enough. I saw another user post that he just had to cut a small hole to allow the latch to stick out. The swing bag is quite a nifty idea and I like what it's designed for. However, the installation should have gone much more smoothly than it did for me.
