I hate drilling my new 2019 1500 but it was worth it. Nice installation process and the case works great. The only thing I would wish for in the future is a body that fits the truck better. There is quite a lot of empty space between the actual wheel arch and the wheel arch cutout on the body.

I was only able to install one of the wheel arch bolts following the instructions given. The other hole is too high above the metal being drilled. You will definitely need to drill pilot holes for the self-tapping screws, as they have a very large diameter. Otherwise it seems to be a good product.

I really like this box, it's easy and quick to install. It is very comfortable. Think how handy this would be if you always had things in the back of your truck that might get in the way when unfolding. Also think about how the lid latches and if it gets in the way. I have to move the box a bit to secure the cover. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that while it's a great box, it's way overpriced for the materials and overall product. I've had the hinged lid twice. Once on my old F-150 and now on my new 2019 Ram Limited. Easy direct installation. A couple of points though, once you measure the distance from the bed to the underside of the placement bracket and have a couple of wooden pegs, it will be easier for you to place the bracket where it needs to be and lock it in place. Installed in a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500. Working properly. Easy installation. It took about 15 minutes to install the first one and 5-10 minutes to install the second one. I liked the first one so much that I took another one for the other side. With them you could put about 2 sheets of plywood in the back of the pickup UNDER the swing covers.
