💦 Polished Aluminum Power Steering Overflow Tank - Universally Compatible Review

This tank leaks like crazy. I should have read the reviews. Inspection pipe screw connections are leaking. I've tried and tried to tighten it and it just won't stop. I spent several hours on this case. The bot is worth it.

I have had no problems with this reservoir leaking as others have mentioned. Overall I am very satisfied and think that the price-performance ratio was excellent. There was a chance my power steering rebuild would look chopped up on this 4x4. It looks very good under my hood. I am very happy.

The tank looks nice, but as another user said, the threaded holes are completely useless. To find something that works, you definitely need to drill and cut something useful. I would not recommend this product, buy something high quality. I'm stuck with polished paperweight.

The tank itself is well made and looks great. I had to increase the size of the bottom connector for better results, but there's plenty of material for that. The end caps are very thick and can be processed well. Problem: Fluid level sight glass. After about 5 minutes of idling I saw the hose swell and when I turned off the engine it had come loose. A clean line is not designed for oil or temperature. I decided to just block off the two openings on the side of the tank with a couple of screws…

hose connections too small. Threaded fittings are not found in any type of connection. nothing fits or replaces this screw connection! I'll try to drill and tap to get this thing working. It really should have some sort of default thread, not a proprietary thread. Finally, I checked one last thing. Fittings Turns out to be the most common thread on M12x1.0 brake lines. Brake manufacturers make this unusual connection because they want people to make unsafe modifications to the brake line…
