Many similar sets are sold here and elsewhere. I encountered a few minor imperfections during assembly and decided to note them so the others would be ready. Neither was a demo stopper, and since it's a common design, they most likely have the same issues. If I hadn't gone to all the trouble to install this I would have just sent it back. There are so many issues with this design that it's hard to know where to start. Let's start with the quality of the gear included in the kit and the lack of gear. The hardware included in the kit uses Phillips head screws, not socket head screws. If they are high quality Phillips heads then this might not be a problem. except that it doesn't match the rest of the printer. The problem is these are low quality…
