Beautiful but NOISY

We put two of these in our remodeled master bathroom. They look fantastic.but that's about it. We had to turn the water valves nearly closed to quiet the faucet down. They are SUPER LOUD. There is no aerator on them either. The water comes out fast and splashes a lot with our square bowl vessels. You have to make it trickle if you don't want splashes everywhere. Lastly, when hooking them up the included hoses are difficult to install and there is no room to tighten them with a wrench. You have…

Did it work- customer service is great though

The water pressure was minimal at best. Contacted the seller who was great. They were very concerned about the situation offered to replace it sent more water supply lines. And because it wasn’t able to be done gave me a refund. They are the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would give them five stars but this faucet didn’t work correctly.

Good looking,no 1/2 inch hoses

I installed and looks and works great.No issues with noise.I did send email to Greenspring asking for 1/2 inch hoses but did not receive either an answer or the hoses, still gave 5 stars.Would have hoped for hoses bud had to buy an adapter.

Great quality, super stylish and easy to clean

I bought this faucet to go with my boulder vessel sink and I simple LOVE IT! The quality is great and the modern/contemporary style is better than pictured. I read other reviews about the difficulty in cleaning and I haven't had that experience. Occasionally, I wipe the faucet with a damp soft cloth and the few spots come right off. I also read that it's difficult to install. I had a couple handymen look at it. One had NO idea how to do the installation and he wanted to take the faucet apart…

Great product easy install.

Update to original review, this faucet when turned on is very loud. I have never heard a faucet this loud, however, it's still a nice fauce. I read the reviews that said this is not good for stone countertops. I had no issues installing it. The only issue I had was that the drain pipe was defective and would not tighten. A new one was sent to me and it worked perfectly. This is really a nice product for the price I would buy it again.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Love this faucet! Looks fabulous and runs great! I love the stream that flows. It is not loud at all as some said, just a nice peaceful flow of water. We did have problems with the drain leaking at first, but my husband got it to stop so I am very pleased with the purchase.

Great faucet for the money

Perfect with the sinks I purchased. One has a flow issue on hot, hot water but we don't use it much. I think it is better in person than the picture.

Sleek and modern looking. I bought this to go with a vessel sink and it works wonderful very heavy and worth the money. Made very well and a beautiful nickel finish. They compliment very well with vessel sinks

Check your water pressure hoses pluming before you buy very importants.

I will give a 5 but I can't they make a lot of noise when being use. I would return them, but I have a difficult time installing them since the plumming is 19 years old on my house, and the knobs on the water pressure had to be change in order to fit the new hose that came with the new fixtures.
