Purchased to make an E90 filter housing gasket. This with a universal joint makes the job very easy and does not require removing the intake manifold.

R&R OFHG on 2012BMW X3 - N52 engine. I managed to unscrew the complex torx screw under the intake manifold, it was stuck there but it worked pretty well!

I had an E10 3/8" drive, but the 1/4" drive version fits in tighter spaces. The head is shorter, but the ratchet is also 1/4 inch smaller.

Good quality, worked great for removing valve cover bolts and other E10 torx bolts that you find on a 2011 BMW E90. Replaced valve cover, only fits 1/4". Good to have 2 because it's so easy to drop one per engine. .Very happy with the purchase, fast shipping.

If you own and work with a BMW e90 you should have a 1/4" E10 head. 3/8" will not fit in some places especially if you are changing the oil filter housing gasket and don't want to take half the engine apart. The fact that they give you two makes this a really great buy.

Great value for money, just what I needed to make BMW E90 Oil Filter Housing Gasket, no removing the intake manifold. Most discs are 3/8, which is way too big. This is a 1/4" drive and fits perfectly

This special 1/4" tool is often used to replace the BMW oil filter housing gasket. However, although this is 1/4 inch, it is still too long to securely hold that ONE screw. I would buy it where it connects to the swivel.
