Either mislabeled or defective. I have 50 relays in total (5 commands), each relay only breaks the NC connection, but never closes the NO connection. Now I need to find them from a reputable manufacturer. If I could give this product 0 stars I would.

Great little relays for small motor reversing circuits! I measured the coil under load at 0.04A 5VDC - price varies a lot between vendors so check. I use these little relays to lock and reverse my DIY camera rail system. Designed for PCB use, they have 8 solder pins - light weight - note the common pin is closest to the coil terminals.

Another cheap and great product from uxcell, I've always liked their prototyping products as they allow me to spend a minimal amount of money to decide if I want to develop a concept. All 10 relays were functional and not a single one has failed. The nice thing is that the pinout or schematic is more or less printed on the bottom of the relay, just like the much more expensive relays used in the industry.

These are nice little relays with normally open and normally closed contacts. I've used them in homemade circuit boards to control signal lights in a mock train. The green light is on in the N/C position and the red light is on when the relay is activated by the infrared switch. I added a capacitor and resistor to delay the relay a bit so the lights don't flicker back and forth between the gaps between cars.

I ordered this set of 10 relays for a project and each one is defective or incorrectly labeled. All relays are marked with 5 volt coils but when energized with 5 volts DC they draw about 50mA (at large supply), make a slight click, the NC contacts are disconnected but the NO contacts are not connected. The same applies to all relays in the delivery - none of them work with nominal markings. Luckily I have another batch from a different source because they just don't work as advertised.
