Great PTFE Tube for 3D Printing

The Uxcell PTFE tube is a must-have for 3D printing enthusiasts. Its transparent appearance makes IT easy to keep track of the filament and its 4.9ft length allows for longer prints .The tube efficiently guides the filament, reducing friction and clogs. the only downside is that it could be stiffer for easier manipulation. Overall, a great addition to any 3D printing arsenal. Industrial and Scientific grade quality at an affordable price..

Pros
  • High-quality material that is durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Slight discoloration may occur over time due to exposure to sunlight and other environmental factors.

Invalid description. Bad choice for Bowden cable with 3 mm thread.

The hose is fine: transparent and slippery. However, the description states that a 3mm diameter thread is suitable. Well, with a 4mm ID tube there is a lot of slack and movement for a 3mm/2.85mm filament. This means the retraction won't work, the flexible filament will bend, the extruder won't be able to produce a constant and even pressure, etc. (all result in crappy prints). it's probably normal. For 3mm/2.85mm filament, look for something with an inner diameter of 3mm to 1/8 inch instead of…

Pros
  • 3D printing consumables
Cons
  • Expensive
