Unreliable, Unsafe, Avoid at All Costs

This tow product is a ticking time bomb. The stainless steel may look sleek, but it`s all talk and no action. The mechanism seems to struggle with even the lightest loads and has been known to fail under pressure.the only pro is that it looks decent. The cons on the other hand, include its unreliability, safety concerns, and utter disappointment in the "automotive" industry. Avoid this product like the plague..

Good product but used?

I received the rope in a mess. No label, no packaging information, no brand, nothing. I had to spend the next 20 minutes unraveling the chaos. I assume I received a return.
