The item is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

It does an excellent job of collecting even the tiniest particles, which are impossible to anticipate. Because I have cats, the wool falls to the floor in clumps rather than winding itself around the brush. It works really well on carpet and leaves behind no mess.

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

All the components are constructed of lovely plastic, and they don't seem to break easily, which is great. The vacuum and its many handy accessories are stored in a wall-mounted charging station. Since it is typically too lethargic to seek out misplaced items, there is no need to do so; everything is always close at hand. I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

The first order revealed that there was a problem with the battery, and after the initial cleaning, they attempted to charge it, but it did not charge. Immediately loved both the quality of the cleaning and the convenience of use, thus the product was sent back and reordered. Now that we have it, we find that it collects more dust than the Thomas corded vacuum cleaner that we had been using before (please note that this Thomas vacuum cleaner was not the oldest nor the cheapest).
