We've had this for a while, and while our company enjoys using it, it has a few key drawbacks. The largest of them is the route on which it runs. It's long, takes a while to straighten up, and generally a pain in the ass... I also had three broken latches. I've had it for 21 months now so I think some is due to normal wear and tear but the first time it happened was the very first time we used it.
