Not very versatile good for tarpaulins and edging

These things work. when the distance is perfect. If you need to attach with a reduced distance, it's very difficult. There is only velcro on one side, so if you need to fasten the loop more than once, there's nothing to fasten. It should ideally have hooks and loops on both sides to prevent this.

1 million uses of this product!

Fantastic product, extremely useful when hiking, camping or mountaineering! Bought these for a 9 day JMT hike to put in an 'emergency kit' and used them for everything including attaching my water boots to my backpack, attaching my bear canister, as support for my achilles flare up etc Buy this product and you will find a use for it.

The perfect accessory for any bike rack

I ordered these with my bike rack and am very happy with them. It held the three bikes I was mounting very firmly in place without wobbling or allowing the wheels to deflect. Although you might think you probably won't need them, if you're buying a bike rack or other vehicle-mounted rack, they're worth buying. Super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Useless features

So many uses! - Ratchet

I like these. I bought these to use for my bike on a bike rack to better secure it. They are long enough to wrap where I want. The clasp is strong. I feel a lot better using them to protect my bike. They're strong enough for what I need, but common sense tells you not to use them for anything really heavy as only the velcro keeps them in place. They can be used for many reasons, I'm very glad I bought them.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Weight

Ratchet good value for money

These items are very practical. You get a pair with your order and I always carry 1 or 2 with me when I drive. They help protect things that move when they hit small bumps (like a Bluetooth speaker), but if you want to tie something to a frame or whatever, they work well and are good, solid quality. Say you have a crack and don't want to push your bike while holding on to your helmet. Well, you can use one of these straps to attach the helmet to the frame. Again, I keep a few in my pannier just

Great belts! - Ratchet

I chose these straps for extra security on my bike rack. I didn't have high expectations but when I got them I was pleasantly surprised. They run great due to their durability and the strength of the Velcro. The only problem I have, and this is just my own taste, is that the straps are too long. Their length makes it a bit slow to detach the strap from the buckle, but that's just my small issue too. I would definitely recommend these belts to anyone in the market.
