VaultMR Review

Vault MR is an amazing product that will change your life! There isn't much I dislike about it - but if there were more integration into other applications or features (like Epic) then yes maybe they could do even better at this point in time? Maybe add some training for how you can set up integrations with all of these platforms out here so people don’t have as many questions later down the road when their provider has changed over from one EHR system/platforms like EPIC / Care Everywhere etc…

In terms of ease-of-use it's amazing! I really like that it is so simple to create a vault. It's also very easy for users to navigate. The only thing I dislike about this software is how cumbersome it can be at times. Sometimes you have to click multiple times just to find something. I would definitely recommend this product. I think it has saved me time and effort. The most useful feature is that you can upload any pdf document for scanning/OCR purposes without having Adobe Acrobat installed or being able of using it. No need download anything else (although some older versions still require java). You cannot have more than one client in each room at once so scheduling might give headaches but otherwise I like how quickly i get what i am looking for (and not miss information due to my own errors). I like that it allows me to easily enter my patients and their information into our system. It is very user friendly, and there are many training videos available to assist with any questions. There is not much to dislike about this product. The only thing I can think of is that sometimes it takes a few minutes for the data to fully load when you first log in.
