Great cloud-based EMR for small practice

The most helpful feature is the ability to have the ability to view all of the patient's records in one place. I like that it is easy to navigate and can be accessed from any device. I am not a fan of the "cloud" aspect of it. I do not like that I have to be connected to the internet to access it. I would like to be able to access it in the office and not have to be connected to the internet. I am more than happy to go to the web to access my records. I am able to access my records from home…

Convenient and easy to use software for our records management

I like how easy it is to use, as well as all of its features! It's also very intuitive for my staff who are not tech savvy at times can pick up really fast with this software. Sometimes we have issues where our system seems to freeze or lag but once you get used to using it there isn't anything wrong about it. The only thing i dislike sometimes when working in cluding other employees if one person clicks something they don't want done by another employee will do so instead which causes some…

Overall great experience using Veraclle

I like most about veracle is to be able see all my patients in one place, makes it easy for me when i need help with something or if there are questions pertaining their services! The only thing would have been better was some way of email notifications so we can get notified whenever they reply back but other than this everything has worked well!! Nothing really dislike just wish you could receive emails from them faster because sometimes its hard waiting 24hrs plus (maybe next version). Easy

Great Cloud Based App That Helps Keep Track Off All Clients

I like how easy it is to use, as well has being able t o customize for my needs! It's also very user friendly if you are not familiar with computers or techy things in general; this software was made so anyone can understand what they need without having too much knowledge of computer programs/techs etc.. The only thing i dislike about veracle (and any other cloud system)is when your internet goes down everything gets messed up & all appointments get lost!! So make sure u have back-ups…

A Great Way To Connect With Patients & Supports Your Business

I like how easy it is to use, especially when you are creating an account for your business or practice! It's very user friendly as well so there isn't much learning curve with this software once set up correctly (which can be tricky!).
