Good tool at a good price

Great tool for the price, especially when it comes with an extra bearing and hex key all in a sturdy plastic case. For loosening the edges of plastic laminate worktops. , nothing works better. I didn't have the lube leak issue that some reviewers complained about.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Very expensive

Very good quality bit

Very good quality bit, smooths sharp edges well after sawing. Although the naked eye can see a slight difference in the cutting of the blades on either side. With my other, larger round bits, from Freud, there are no visible differences, but also more expensive. I like the packaging/storage of the Vermont case better, the Freud case is bulkier and less portable.

The result convinced me, so I switched to .

The bit works as it should. I bought this piece to soften the edges of a cabinet front frame I built. After downloading the bit to my router, I used it on a test pattern. I was satisfied with the result, so I moved on to the face frame. After running it over the first part of the front frame I found several areas of the frame covered in blackish grease - it must have come from the drill as I just finished sanding it. Judging by the location of the grease, it should be coming out of the bearing…

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Quick start guide
