It doesn't have the advanced safety and comfort features of more expensive helmets (MIPS and high airflow vents) but is much more comfortable and better fitting than other budget helmets. This helmet fits my big round head well. The shape of my old Bell helmet didn't fit my head at all. The helmet feels solid and I hope it offers protection if I ever fall. But I also add that although the helmet's stickers say it's CPSC compliant, there aren't really any rules about it.
