They have a 35 durometer commercial grade silicone piece where the bicycle rests, thus preventing it from sliding. Inside the bars there is a high-strength steel threaded rod of 5/16’’ diameter and double expansion zinc alloy anchors for optimal safety. Extremely strong, safe and durable bicycle wall mount. Easy Installation: Comes with all the hardware needed to mount it on a suitable wall. Designed for concrete, masonry or brick walls. Not suitable for plasterboard or drywalls. To install, make a 5/8’’ diameter and 2.5’’ deep drill hole at a 90 degree angle. Insert the aluminum rod into the wall and screw in place manually without need of additional tools. The strong anchor guarantees an extremely safe bike rack. Versatility: The wall mount consists of two bars independently anchored to the wall. Each bar is 12 inch long and 1 inch diameter. Two bars provide more safety and allows you to place your bike horizontally or vertically. The silicone segment of the bar is 4 inches long and allows you to place the bike closer or farther from the wall. Maximum handlebar width is 22 inches.
