I like how easy it was to get up & running with, as well as all of our veterinarians utilizing this product! I like how easy it was to use, but there could be more user friendly features with ease of access when creating reports or sending them out via emailing as well. Sometimes you have issues getting certain items such as specimen codes correct especially if they are multiple specimens within one test result report so this can become frustrating at times. I have been using this software since it was first introduced to my office, several years ago! The ability of users from different locations within our organization can view lab values simultaneously with no problems at all!! This has allowed me as an administrator to see exactly where we are lacking resources or personnel during busy periods when access may be limited by location or time constraints.I am not sure what else there would possibly need improvement about but nothing comes…
