Bought this water dispenser for my son about 2 years ago. But he doesn't want that, so I'll put that aside. I have drinking water delivered to me every month. Because I have a hard time lifting heavy jugs onto my dispenser. Now I'm trying this water dispenser and it's very convenient and no more heavy bottles to lift! The water tastes great, as does the delivery water. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase!

Have owned the Vitapur Built system for a long time. Vitapur built-in filters are no longer available. Greenway filters have had issues with leakage and prolonged water flow through the filter. I decided to buy a new system to see if it works better. nope Vitapur created a great, efficient and effective product. Greenway is not. I don't like buying 4-5 gallon water bottles, carrying them around the house and loading up a new one every 2 days. I like not using tons of plastic (although I recycled it). Bought, read installation instructions, soaked filter for 30 minutes as recommended, poured about 2 liters of water, then did TDS test. I'm in Arizona and the TDS is around 380 which is awful. Love this idea; It makes the water cooler, like a Brita jug of hot and cold water that doesn't take up space in your fridge.
