You'll need these drill bits

If you've ever installed hinges, drawer slides, latches, etc. these are great. The screw hole is in the middle of the hole, and the built-in part looks much more professional than with amateurishly turned screws. There is also a depth adjustment to avoid drilling through the sides of suitcases, the sides of drawers and the like. .Wood shavings can sometimes prevent the tool from retracting and it's annoying, but there's no way to prevent it and you'll get used to pulling it out by hand when…

Pros
  • Drills Precisely
Cons
  • Not Safe

In general it works much better than cheap import

The reason I bought this particular bolt is to replace the one that came with the 3 VIX bit set. They worked fine except I broke the tip of the ball end hex wrench in the set screw socket. My fault is that I used the bullet end when it wasn't necessary, I knew they were weaker. Anyway, I can't remove the set screw. The bit is tiny and eventually I'll have to clear the jam. or break the beat This size is very handy for small boxes of #2, #3, and #4 screws. Helps me line them up accurately in…

Pros
  • For #2, 3 & 4 bolts
Cons
  • No automatic

Well made but hole not deep enough

The material itself is tough, not cheap. But at maximum plunge only 1/2" of the drill is exposed. I wanted closer to 3/4 You can easily adjust the height by running the drill further into the chamber, but this will give you a shallower hole than a deeper one. (Obviously you can't adjust it any other way and position the tip of the drill higher than this tool since this defeats the purpose). Also, it wobbles a bit when spinning. I'd like to mention that a previous reviewer said there is no way…

Pros
  • For 5/64" hinges
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Price
