instructions wrong not working I was able to get it to work without using the bottom connector but what did I expect for $8?

Don't worry about the purchase. Take a 4 pin relay and wire it up yourself. It came with wiring in the wrong sockets! The only way to use the wiring was to smash the outlet. I guess the Chinese can't follow instructions. The connection diagram was correct, but this information is available on the Internet. I thought it would speed up the process but there was more work to do for rewiring. I would not buy again.
