The controller goes perfectly with our kitchen helper. It's made of a stronger material than the original part, which I personally like because it feels less brittle than the original. A few tabs broke easily on the original part, which prompted an exchange. The height adjustment is a little trickier and not as smooth as the original, but I'm willing to compromise if it makes the thing last longer.

Purchased for our Maytag dishwasher when the top rack kept falling off the side rails. I temporarily secured them with zip ties and then discovered that I could purchase and replace the parts myself. I found them for twice the price on the General Parts Store website and then half price here in Revane. I found a YouTube video explaining how to replace it and it fixed the issue. They work just like the original. I am happy with the purchase.

The original part broke causing the upper basket to sag on the right side. I looked for a replacement and found one for >$60 + shipping at a plumbing job. I checked Revain for the same part number and found it to be much, much less than $$$. It was a little tricky to figure out how to take out the top rack and replace the broken part with a new one (probably a guide would help if I pointed it out) but after some trial and error (had to take it apart again at least 2 times) it worked for me…
