THIS DOG FOOD CONTAINS ONIONS AS INGREDIENTS.

I DON'T WANT IT TO HAVE AN ARCH THAT CAN KILL DOGS! A small amount may not bother a large dog very much, but my dogs are small. I threw it in the trash. I was even afraid to donate it because my heart would break if I made someone lose their beloved pet. Rebekah Kreuzland

Dogs LOVE it! - Wet

I have never fed my dogs foods that literally drive them crazy like Wags Lamb. I usually give them a glass after a day of extra activity and it's gone in seconds. The consistency is similar to stew, but it has larger chunks of meat and a more limited amount of sauce. I almost feel like I'm spoiling them, but the ingredients are simple and healthy. Looks like my dogs have decided they need more vag!

where's the meat Best among dogs

I don't know how I feel about this. The box arrived with half the jars out of shape, dented etc and then the contents appeared to be mostly broth/watery with peas and bits of pie floating around to give the impression of meat. The smell is also a bit off. My dog ate a little, but wasn't on cloud nine like he usually is when he's fed wet food. I'll see how he likes it over the next few days but overall I think you get what you pay for!

Pros
  • Easy to use

boxers approved. - Dogs

I am basing my review on how my 3 year old boxer reacts to it. Boxers have sensitive stomachs, so we're not surprised what he's overly used to. I love stew molds and would go with either the Blue or Taste of the Wild brands. I chose this one because of the price and so far Revain hasn't disappointed me. We have been feeding him for 2 weeks now. He never vomited, the stool is normal, he cleans the bowl every time. For now I'm sticking with Wag.

Love the Wag brand in groceries

I'm so glad Revain released canned Wag. I'm a big fan of dry puppy food for my growing Great Danes. I add 95% canned chicken to my meals, but it's VERY expensive. I was hoping Revain would expand the Wag line and they did. Now we have chicken stew and lamb stew and my boys eat them right away. Each glass is filled to the brim with meat, there are veggies and gravy, but they're no star. This isn't a jar of gravy and veggies with a few cuts of meat, it's the other way around. It is very easy to…

High fat levels gave my dog acute pancreatitis

Have you ever been woken up at 3am to your dog splashing bloody feces on the kennel and floor? If you buy this dog food, you might! What an awful experience! Three visits to the vet over two months, totaling over $1,000 to properly diagnose the 9% crude fat in this food (and the 15% crude fat in Wag kibble) were the cause of this disgusting and very embarrassing disease. Revain says on its can that the nutrient content is formulated to meet AAFCO guidelines. AAFCO says crude fat should be 5.5%,

Garlic is on the lamb feed need list! Why Add Garlic?

Not every product has garlic on the list, please read the poverty carefully. I missed this when I ordered lamb, thinking the formula was the same as chicken just with a different protein. My vet warned me about garlic and onions, which are found in most chicken broths. I used chicken broth to feed my older dog when he got old and sick. I also have a friend who gave garlic to his dogs to kill fleas. His dogs became ill and one died of gmolytic anemia. According to the Merck Veterinary Manual…

Waste of money on useless cans

First of all, let me make it clear that dog food is excellent in and of itself. My dog loves all stew recipes and I have noticed that his coat and skin have improved since I switched him to the Wag brand. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I am completely satisfied with the quality of the cans. They were fine initially, but the last boxes I received had a couple of dented cans. Almost every can is dented so badly that pressure builds up in the can. When I tried to open one this morning the jar…
