Just want to say that this camera works great on Linux too. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 and this camera worked without any issues after I plugged it in. I was able to use it with Jitsi without any problems. -d /dev/video0" allows you to view all available pixel formats (H264/YUYV/MJPG). H264 and MJPG support up to 1080p at 30 fps. I suggest using guvcview if you want to test your camera, so for me the default cheese is in YUYV mode and gets a terrible frame rate.

I bought this camera because I needed another 1080P webcam and it was cheap. I have a Logitech C920 (also 1080p). In comparison, Wansview is not nearly as clear. This webcam's image is decent. 30 FPS ensures decent motion response. If you want true HD motion, you need the 60fps version. The build quality seems to be good.
