Wine takes much longer to chill than stated. i think it's ok I'd probably settle for a small cabinet-type cooler and skip it.

Terrible product I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I'm not cool as advertised and it's not worth the money! If I could give zero stars I would.

Bought as a gift so did not open immediately. When we made it, it wasn't in the original packaging and parts were missing. Now we've missed the 30-day return window. Aggravating.

After reading many reviews about this product I finally bought it. As other reviewers have pointed out, it works well with white wines but perfectly with reds. It takes about an hour and a half to heat red wine to the right temperature. You really can't use it in the room you eat in. It makes a loud whistling noise of white noise that can be annoying.

Great product! As I prefer my red wines to be cooler than medium room temperature this wine cooler is exactly what I was looking for and more. I can't imagine drinking a glass or two without having them served at a preset chilled temperature after being "indulged" by it. In the library of options you will find red, white and champagne. The device is small enough to fit on or under a counter.
