There are nicer ones. Don't rely on a GPIO card.

GPiO board does not match current pinout. The breadboard requires some force to insert the expansion board into the breadboard. I ended up using a different board. The print on the board is blurry and thin compared to other vendors. Even the printing on the expansion board is blurry. She does her job, but not the best. Before that, there was no additional breadboard.

Pros
  • Updated Raspberry Pi Starter Kit
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Great quality but the breadboard is NOT good. got a refund in the end.

This is a great price for this setup but I got my money back in the end. The breakout board pins didn't go into the prototyping board. After some more testing, I believe the layout is poorly designed; The pins on the header did not match when connected to the breadboard.

Pros
  • Solderless development board with 830 connection points
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Dirty solder joints

Dirty or corroded solder joints on the GPIO interface board. The card may be fine, but that doesn't guarantee durability

Pros
  • GPIO Rainbow Fat 40-pin cable
Cons
  • Factor Set

Very good complete kit

It has everything you need to get easy access to the GPIO pins on your Pi. Provides very easy access to the breadboard so you can set up and test whatever project you need without having to solder it together. Lots of jumpers for a big project. The ribbon cable also keeps a small distance between the breadboard and your Pi. Overall a really good set and great value!

Pros
  • 65 flex cable
Cons
  • So-so

GPiO card does not match the actual pinout. The breadboard requires some force to insert the expansion board into the breadboard. I ended up using a different board. Pros
  • Single board computer
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Poor quality of some components.

Wire quality Approx. But I don't know if it's possible to damage the wires at all. The expansion adapter board had slightly curved pins in a row and was difficult to fit into a breadboard, which was also anything but straight. The print on the GPIO expansion adapter is hard to read. The ribbon cable has a high connector profile, making it impossible to connect to the Raspberry Pi 3B+ in a standard case and the ability to close the case from the top.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
