I was sooooooooo looking forward to this for our 4 year old son's birthday. The box itself arrived with one of the frame parts (pedals?) sticking out through a hole in the box, but the frame itself was salvageable, although the handlebar section was wedged into the frame quite tightly and it took some effort to disassemble. I ordered this bike trailer but never saw it in real life. But the price was less than $100 so I decided to take a chance. I was a bit nervous because there were several bad reviews that pointed to what reviewers called design flaws. These reviews are just plain wrong. This item is very well made. Update 2020: We're still using it! See updated image. He's 10 now and we'll probably get a proper tandem this year, but we'll keep the rear post and pedal straps. a year it seems.
