Had everything we needed to make our light fixture stylish. Some tools are required. The silver tone was good. not too bright and shiny or flashy.

It's great to have all the parts you need to expand your pendant light. Much easier and cheaper than buying individual components. Most local shops also don't have the choice of finishes offered here.

Good product. Complete sentence. The length of the power cord and chain together is different. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the chain is not polished nickel. Several other people have pointed this out as well. Luckily that wasn't a problem for us, but you may need to take that into account.

I bought these lighting sets because I needed chains. The chains alone would cost me 25% more than the whole set. I didn't need any wiring or anchor bolts, but I used new ceiling hooks instead of the ones I had. The chains are very beautiful, very strong and durable. I added them to existing decorative lighting that had no circuitry. Brushed nickel is very attractive. Very very satisfied!

I didn't realize it had a cord with switch and plug when I bought it - I first looked for a chain and thought the cord would come in handy when the one that came with my flashlight wasn't long enough, to swag where we needed it. In the end, however, all we needed was a chain and a hook. This is a pretty complete free lighting kit and a great DIY option if you want to show off your light. We used a mid-century modern light fixture and it looks great!
