Great brush, we recently switched all our brushes to wet brushes, my daughter loves them all! I bought these because I wanted one that could be used with a hair dryer. Unfortunately she sent us pink we ordered purple i know it's not the manufacturer's fault but i was a bit disappointed that we got pink instead we ended up taking pink anyway because it still works the same but if I order again through Amazon, I hope to get exactly the color I ordered.

The color of the brush is a rich red-purple, not a light purple as shown in the picture. This is by far the most serious online shopping experience related to the lack of color. This time I didn't bother to return it. probably should have. Later I went to the nearest store, found more color options as well as the color I wanted before. Lesson learned.

Definitely cuts my hair drying time by a third for me. I have a lot of wavy, very long, fine, heavy hair and it took me 10 minutes to blow dry it straight with a flat brush. My hair was about 80% towel dry. Easy to clean after each use and the open back allows you to reach every strand of hair. The bristles on this brush model flex more but still work when combing out tangles. Does not pull or tear hair. I haven't noticed any breakage when blow drying or extra split ends with this brush. I am very disappointed with the colour, the web photo showed a lovely light lavender colour, not Barney's purple. Haven't tried this yet, but I'm a big fan of wet brushing to detangle frizzy hair after the shower. My barber uses something similar when blow drying, so I'm hoping to get the same results.

My hair is a meter long and there is nothing I dread more than brushing my hair after I get out of the shower. It usually takes me a good ten to fifteen minutes to brush, and I've tried many different brushes. I really liked this brush from the start. My main gripe was that the color on the product page was nowhere near purple, but I was still ok with that. A few of the top bristles were bent due to packaging, but they can easily be straightened. As described, this brush has Intelliflex bristles that can withstand blow dryer heat of up to 450°. This is how my comb looks after the first use with a hair dryer. I bought this brush to keep the bristles from melting and bending in the heat!
