This is a very well made stripping/flaring/cutting jig. To be honest the quality is way better than I expected. I can unreservedly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed. There is only one negative aspect of this purchase that has nothing to do with the product itself. The seller's constant grumbling about feedback was so bad (several requests before I could even use the tool) that I don't know if I want to deal with it again. The product gets 5 stars, the seller 1.

Poor. Terrible steel/metal construction. I have an IRWIN and this one is exactly the same and similar, but it's cheaply made, it barely cuts the wires but on the contrary it cuts into the wires, also the metal pliers bend and twist when trying to even close them commonly cut 12 AWG and worse with heavier gauge wires. This is a waste of money and I would return it for a refund. I want to buy another IRWIN instead. (Better here: IRWIN VISE-GRIP Multi-Tool Wire Stripper/Crimper/Cutter, 2078309).

Received my pliers yesterday and they looked great first and checked, to make sure everything is aligned as a previous comment indicated they were misaligned and useless but mine looked fine. I've used them and found that they don't close completely. I noticed some of the teeth the size of the gauges were jagged and wouldn't close, so useless to me. The wires could not be stripped.
