Excellent customer service and friendly staff

The most helpful part of this website was being able reach out directly from my own phone number which I can't do anywhere else! They were very responsive when it came time setting up an account or donation page as well (which took only one email). There are some things they could improve like making their mobile app more accessible but overall if you're looking into using them - go ahead!! Pros
  • The most helpful part was being able to get my own phone number linked to a number i can reach someone when i need help or want to make a change to a charity page
Cons
  • Only downside would be more flexibility but they offer a lot!
