You should not take it, it does not meet any standards.

Actually, the only task of the adapter is to establish a stable connection. This device does something else, but not this. The connection to the router 4 meters away is unstable, the speed is low, sometimes it is completely lost. I do not recommend to buy.

It cant be worse! A waste of money.

People, you can’t take this for a personal PC. This crap doesn't work at all. He loses the connection 2 times in 10 minutes. Distance 5 meters through the wood to the router, if cho. I highly recommend not to buy. We need to look for a much more serious and better option. This does not work

I use it with a laptop in the apartment and at work, it was installed on Windows 7 without problems. Now on a working laptop, the normal speed is on the 5 GHz band. Has pros: Compact, a little embarrassed by the low price, but in fact it works clearly. Got cons: 5 GHz - critical to walls, ceilings, etc. , as a result, the speed may decrease. But - in the same space with a router, the speed is several times higher than 2.4.

I don't want to spend my money on this item.

When connected via 2.4 GHz, the speed is at best 25 mb / s, on average 10 mb / s, through 5 GHz a maximum of 35 mb / s, on average 15. There are drawdowns of up to 2-7 mb / s. By cable 95 Mb/s. An inexpensive laptop at the same point in the apartment shows almost twice the speed. Version V 1.0, latest driver.

    Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

Hi all. I ordered a Wi adapter. Been looking for it for a long time. Stumbled upon it here. The order was placed quickly. The order came quickly and did not have to wait long. Now I use. The speed is fast. Installed quickly and efficiently. The purchase was very satisfied. I liked everything. Now my husband and I play movies that load quickly. Thanks to this site.

Immediately out of the box, I did not want to catch Wifi 5GHz on an ASUS laptop, while 2.4 immediately connected it. I had to set channel 40 to the 5GHz network in the router settings and set the a / c connection in the settings of the adapter itself, only after that I was able to connect to 5 GHz.

I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.

Unstable operation at 5Hz (tested both on Win and Mac - officially supported, and on Lin) - falls off even with a good kind of signal and a free range. Pros: - de facto can be started on Linux - smart enough - good "range" - 2.4 works great - the price for a dual-band adapter is simply cosmically low Got cons: - formally on Linux they do not promise performance - 5 works so-so

A normal product, but they wanted more for the money.

For a long time I refused to believe that I could not play normally because of this adapter, constant disconnections in Steam at a speed of 100 + Mbps on speedtest. Net, but once I plugged a wire into the computer and immediately understood everything. In the browser everything is OK, no complaints. Some pros: I stuck it in the computer - and there is the Internet, dances with a tambourine are canceled. Some cons: In Battle. Net/Steam the constant disconnects seem to be losing a lot of packets.

Product is disappointing, not what it promises.

I do not recommend taking! Switched to the standard wi-fi module on the laptop. I'm going to deliver the goods. Review on YouTube ? v=hw1vJ5e9RPk Has some pros: The maximum speed for receiving and uploading is more than 90Mbit / sec Ping to local servers 1-2ms Works great over obstacles Excellent value for money Its cons: After a couple of days of operation, problems with a constant short-term signal loss were revealed. Very annoying, very noticeable when watching YouTube, the video just…

I bought this miracle, I thought I would go to a 5GHz frequency, since the router allows, I came home and let's test, on 2 channels the same speed, the router is 2 meters from me. In general, my advice is do not take this hat, do not enter the numbers, they are definitely taken from the ceiling. And it’s not worth your money. Fortunately, I managed to return and return my money.

    Pros
    • They are not.
    Cons
    • At 2.4GHz it gives out 25-30 Mbps in two directions, at 5GHz 25-35.

    Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.

Formally, the manufacturer claims support for Linux, and even at the office. The site has a driver for Linux . but this is actually only the source code that you need to emble and install yourself, although the instructions are attached, but the driver was made "for off" as I understand it. It does not officially support the current versions of the kernel and the gcc compiler, as a result, you can start it, but you need to make changes either to the source code or to the compilation flags. In…

    Pros
    • compact, works with Linux (somehow)
    Cons
    • very poor support in linux

I didnt see good quality, solid disadvantages.

If a stable connection at high loads is not important for you, then in principle . you can still use it. But then it’s better to buy a simpler and cheaper one without 5g. And so, at high loads, the network starts to slow down and falls off, only a reboot helps. Just like that, downloading a 5 gig movie on this adapter may not work for itself.

A good and high-quality product, but there are disadvantages.

Asus laptop 2022, built-in wifi up to 150 Mbps. Provider Onlime, router dual-band 2.4 and 5. I bought this adapter to increase the speed of wifi on a laptop. Windows 7 system - 64bit. Installed drivers from disk. Everything worked, connected to the network 5 ghz. The speed of downloading files in torrents immediately increased to the expected, up to 7 - 9 mb per second. The requirements for it are simple, there will be no big loads on it: once a day, download something or surf the sites.

    Pros
    • Price, speed, size.
    Cons
    • Until I discovered

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

it’s not entirely clear why write 600 mb / s on the box if the limitation in USB 2.0 is about 480 mb / s. I mean that USB 3.0 on the AC standard is not needed. over 480 mb / s you will not catch at home. Different pros: Don't listen to anyone. The device is excellent for the money. (on the box it says that it supports Windows 10, so it is, I inserted a USB flash drive - catch a Wi-Fi computer. Without dancing with tambourines, as they write in the comments (maybe it used to be worse, but now…

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

good adapter. set on win10 150 Mbps in AC mode at 5 GHz. Dlink 131, standing earlier, gave out unstable 50-70. in the range of 2.4 it shows some ridiculous numbers, but in the presence of 5 GHz, it is still reluctant to figure it out. Recommended for 5GHz network. 2 months of operation, everything is cool. Pros below: easy installation. 150 Mbps in AC mode at 5 GHz. stable connection. Some cons: in the range of 2.4 shows some funny numbers. : When I tried to pull the stick out of the usb, the…

The product is okay, it's not a waste of money!

On the website of the driver manufacturer in 2022, they allow you to connect to 433 mb The board itself inside the adapter is tiny. Took in order to insert inside. Was very pleased. Works from the case, through a plaster wall from 4 meters, the speed is 290 mb. Downloads files within the network at a speed of about 19 megabytes / sec. Software disabled. Satisfied.

    Pros
    • 1. Connects at a speed of 433 mb even on a transformer with an atom z2760 processor with a normal router 2. Understands. I put the board inside the docking station case.
    Cons
    • Those drivers that are loaded automatically are not suitable for connecting to the 5GHz band. Those drivers that were supplied on the disk did not allow connecting at speeds above 150 Mbps

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.

Got pros: works out of the box, although there is an old-fashioned driver disk included supports 2.4 and 5 GHz Cons: two identical adapters do not connect to the router at the same time at the same frequency, you must apparently tinker with the settings
