Faulty Component Converter, Big Disappointment

This converter did not meet my expectations. I tried using it on multiple electronics, but it did not work with any of them. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with electronics, I was able to determine that the converter was simply faulty. However, the customer service was helpful in processing my return.

I won't get that cinematic look, but it gets the job done.

This HDMI to component adapter is fine, works and is very easy to set up. I had a lot of noise on the screen in mood 1080. This would only allow for 720, the picture quality wasn't bad just a bit flat. But the deed was done. Especially since my HDMI input is damaged.

Using TIVO Stream on old Sony

I have a Tivo Stream device that I wanted to use on our old Sony Trinitron. It's one of those HDTVs that was huge and so old that... it doesn't have HDMI. It had RCA and YPBPR, so we tried the RCA converter first. It worked, but we lost some decent image quality. This converter/scaler does the same thing but the image quality is much better.
