These chairs are so comfortable. The only problem was the rubber feet were dented so I bought rubber stick tips which are much thicker and there are 4 of them in the box. I replaced them all as I have hardwood floors and they work great. Charis are very comfortable.

I still love the look and feel of these chairs. I get lots of compliments on her. The rubber caps on the legs are wearing out, leaving metal on my travertine floor. I didn't expect to have to replace the rubber feet on such an expensive chair in less than 6 months. I really don't know where to look. It was disappointing.

I only ordered 1 bar stool (to see if it would fit my space) and was so pleased I ordered 5 more (awaiting delivery). Well made chair with good seat width, sturdy and exactly as pictured. My only complaint is that when packaging there were 2 spots on the leather where tape was used to secure the packaging which removed some of the leather trim. . Love it!

I ordered two of these after seeing them in a WSJ article. In the photos the gray looks more polished and the frame also looks polished. I really liked this chair when I saw it online. In fact, I was even more impressed when it arrived. This item is so unique and beautiful. I thought the seat was wood with leather stretched over it, no. The seat and back are upholstered in leather stretched over an iron frame and then sewn together.
