Wingaurd is good - CB and radio equipment

I like it. I like it better if my account isn't marked with a star on the Amazon servers. That's why I give it a five star rating. It is white. The button works fine. It turns out 12 volts.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Concise manual

Works fine for me. And easy installation.

This gadget allows me to watch my 12 volt TV without being connected to the mains or generator which is what I needed. Easy to install and does the job.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So-so

Works well with the Continu-US brand antenna.

Ideal for replacing a broken device from another manufacturer. I couldn't find a replacement for the Continu-US antenna and it worked very well. I had to install a separate FM antenna because no other PSU manufacturer uses AM/FM cables in their PSUs. This worked well and significantly improved reception.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • No instructions

Works like a champion for portable audio and video devices

Works like a champ. Our 4 year old camper didn't have 12 volt outlets. We resorted to "ghetto" battery connectors and portable battery packs. Weary. Luckily I stumbled across this to replace my current coax antenna connector with one that uses a 12v socket. Works great, antenna works. Charging family iPhones shouldn't be a problem in the future.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Useless features

I really like Winegard products, but.

I really like Winegard products and only use them in my motorhomes. I only gave this three stars because it didn't work, ie the 12 volt socket was very weak and the signal strength going through it was low. I returned it using Revain's amazingly easy return policy. While this review is about the Power Plate, I also purchased a new Winegard antenna that picks up digital channels from 90 miles away in clear weather. Winegard has great products. This time I only have a holey one.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • unreliable

Was easy to install as a replacement for a unit I had that was struck by lightning. A cool discovery was the auxiliary port on the back. There are three coaxial connectors. One of them is the cable from the antenna. The second is the food line from the CATV campsite. The third connection is an output to another coaxial output. I used an auxiliary connector to install a new coax board elsewhere in my RV. Works great, lots of power. If the light does not work when installed, check the fuse in the

Good product at a good price.

I bought my Jayco 22FB brand new in late 2010. This is a 2010 model that was offered for sale. And now, after 4 years (early this summer - the first trip), my antennas are not working. When I unplugged it, I quickly realized why. There was corrosion on the back of the case, on the circuit board and on all the connectors. I could see moisture on the inside of the walls. Jayco didn't insulate the interior well, so the moisture came from condensation. You can see the inside of the siding. You…

Ideal for fit and function and easy installation.

I bought this to replace an antenna booster switch in my 2013 Roadtrek motorhome. My only interest was to have a 12 volt outlet that would draw power from household batteries and not a starter battery. I removed the old amp board and simply connected the existing 12 volt wire clamp from the replaced amp to this new 12 volt outlet. I even went a little further as there was a separate A/B switch to switch between roof antenna, cable entry and another small box that acted as a splitter. This one…
