The photo is the old version that I know.

Pictured is the old version I wanted. The new version has a larger square base with a different hole pattern and is not an exact replacement for the old block. Worked.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Dull packaging

Very good welcome!

It was almost a blessing that on the way out of the campsite we tore down the old antenna with a low hanging branch. Again we forgot to put it in place. It has higher reception than the original that was on our 1999 Fleetwood Bounder. Although we mounted it on the original bracket, we don't really need to lift it to get good reception (if channels can be found). Don't wait for your antenna to fly. Upgrade now if your budget allows!

No integrity on RV parts and accessories

The antenna tube that rotates the antenna broke during the first trip to the RV. I called customer service, explained the situation and said that it was 30 degrees in the morning, the plastic part broke. The technicians told her that they had passed the weather test and that it was impossible. Antenna is 2 months old. They assumed I hit something and then the antenna broke. I assured them that this did not happen. I will never recommend or buy any other of their products.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Crumpled

Many installation details are left unaddressed in a new installation

I was very glad I finally got involved in this project. Roof with plastic kit and Razaar does not work. There were all these limitations. Must not be within 25" of front roof and 16" of side. Not near anything that might get in the way. There are 4 solar panels. A lot of space has crept in at the front or rear. You will also need to drill a 1 1/4" round hole in the roof. My panels sit on wood 6" above the roof on a roof rack. I would only need a 6" handle for turning. So much logistics that the
